DNPA Code of Ethics
Purpose: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all Company affairs, ensuring integrity and legal compliance while avoiding personal gain considerations.
Policy Summary:
- Gifts and Payments: Gifts, favors, and payments must align with business practices, be of limited value, and not violate laws or ethical standards. Personal loans or substantial gifts from business contacts are prohibited.
Acceptable gifts include small-value items and event tickets if the vendor accompanies. Overnight outings are allowed with prior approval. - Conflicts of Interest: Avoid situations where personal interests conflict with Company interests. Promptly disclose any potential conflicts. This includes ownership interests in outside enterprises, roles with competitors, or third-party transactions.
- Confidential Information: Unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
- Compliance: Violations will lead to disciplinary action or termination. Report any policy violations immediately.
Social Media Guidelines:
- Exercise good judgment; remember posts are public and permanent.
- Ensure postings adhere to Company policies and avoid discriminatory or harmful content.
- Clearly state personal views when discussing the Company and respect confidentiality and legal requirements.
Plagiarism:
- Strictly prohibited. Ensure all work is original and properly attributed.
Fairness:
- Reporters must provide balanced coverage, offering all parties the opportunity to respond to negative claims.
